• Attic insulation minimum of R-30
• Double pane or storm windows
• If no floor insulation exists, R-13 required **
• Plenums and trunk lines at air handler sealed with mastic
• All ductwork in unconditioned area insulated
• Installation completed by licensed HVAC Contractor
• Receipt for completed work
• Request for allowance within 90 days of installation

** If outside basement walls are insulated per code requirements, floor insulation is not required
