Spring is in the Air…

Friday, March 16th, 2012

…Is your Air Conditioner Ready??

It has been unseasonably hot in Atlanta and you may have already had to use your Air Conditioning.  How is your system working for you?

An A/C Tune up can save you money on utility cost by helping your system run more efficiently.  However, if you system is older and already showing signs of problems, it may be time for a replacement.  Older systems generally have a lower SEER rating that could also be costing you more in energy cost to run.

If that sounds like you, now is the time to take advantage of the Trane Spring Special before the Summer tempatures move in!

Purchase a qualifying Trane system now and receive:

48 Months No-Interest Financing

-OR-

Up to $1250 in Rebates*

That gives you until 2016 to pay for your new system!  Or you can choose to get an immediate rebate on your new system.  This promotion will not be available after June 14th as the summer heat arrives, so plan ahead and save your family money on new more efficient system that will keep you cool and comfortable this and many more years to come!

* Special financing OR instant rebate from $100 to $1250 with qualifying systems including bonus for Clean Effects or Comfort Link II XL950.  Finacning is subject to approval through Wells Fargo.  0% APR with equal payments for 48 months.  Contact GAC, Inc for full details and qualifying information.  Must be purchased by June 14, 2012 and installed by June 30, 2012.

Georgia Power Heat Pump Rebate

Tuesday, March 15th, 2011

 $400.00 Rebate! *

For single-family residential Georgia Power customers converting from gas furnace to a 15 SEER or higher Heat Pump!

$200.00 Rebate!*

For single-family residential Georgia Power customers converting from gas furnace to a 13 SEER Heat Pump!

Also, some helpful tips on how to choose the best heat pump for your home from Georgia Power:

“Heat pumps come in a variety of types. We can help you determine the type of heat pump and size that fits your home so you’ll be comfortable season after season.

  • The air source heat pump is the most common electric heat pump. It uses an outdoor unit and outside air to transfer the heat.
  • A geothermal heat pump uses the near-constant temperature of the earth for its heat source. It uses special water piping and the earth to transfer heat. Choose a geothermal heat pump and you won’t have a unit sitting outside your home.”

*Equipment must be purchased and installed between April 1, 2012 to August 31, 2012.
