About our Residential Installation

Proper installation of air conditioning equipment can have a huge impact on performance.  Georgia Air Contractors follows particular installation guidelines in order to ensure that cooling equipment is installed in a manner that gives you the best efficiency.

• Correct Air flow.  Duck Leakage and Air flow is tested and adjusted to maintain comfort, efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Accurate Refrigerant Charge.  Once your new system is installed Georgia Air Contractors verifies the refrigerant charge.  Many times, if a system is incorrectly charged this can  lower the efficiency by up to 20% and can also reduce the lifetime capacity of your new system.
• Appropriate System Sizing. Load calculations are used to determine air conditioning requirements and to properly size the duct system.
